Internal: Cross-System Analysis

Every formation/sequence across every account, with attribution and (where set) organization/author location. Internal only -- nothing here is visible to any other user, regardless of role. This is a browsable, cross-referenced view of existing data, not automated pattern-matching -- that's separate, later work.

Sport Country Organization

Exports the currently-filtered items above as two files: the tactical content itself, and a metadata CSV (copyright, author, organization, sport, country/postal code). These files leave the database's access controls once downloaded -- handle and store them the same way you would any file containing other people's personal information.

Developer Mode: Sport Templates

Define the field, markings, goals, and formation rules for a new sport. Templates save locally and export/import as JSON.

On iPhone/iPad: use the Copy, Paste, Delete Selected, and Ball → Left/Right Hand buttons above. Turn on Multi-Select to tap several items, or drag an empty area to box-select. Hold a player or the ball to open its menu (duplicate, rotate, give ball, left/right arm, no block, lock, hide...).

How to Use New Tools

Team Manager: Edit the name and role fields directly. This list refreshes automatically whenever you duplicate, delete, or paste a player.

Smart Ball Passing: Give the ball to a player, click Pass Arrow, then click another player. The tool draws the pass and moves ball ownership to the target player's right hand.

Snap Toggle: When Snap is On, dragged players/ball snap close to key field lines: 2m, 5m, 6m, 12.5m, 19m, 20m, 23m and center width.

Ghost Mode: Turn it on, create/update frames, then move to the next frame. The previous frame remains faded behind the current frame.

Categories: Tap a category above to open its full tool list. The "Most Used" row at the top always shows your 3 most-used tools overall, across every category, for quick access.

Version History

Autosaves in the background as you work. Save a named checkpoint before trying something risky, and restore it later if needed.

Recovery

The app always reopens exactly where you left off. If that's not the session you wanted, restore one of the last 3 sessions here -- captured automatically whenever you closed or switched away from a session, not just every few seconds.

Export / Import

"Export Everything" downloads every saved formation, tactical package, and practice session into one file. Each saved formation and package also has its own \u2913 Export button next to it (in Save/Open or the Coaching Library), for sharing just that one item -- Import accepts either kind of file. To use this on another device: save the exported file into a folder synced by iCloud Drive or Google Drive, then open this app on the other device and use Import to pick that same file.

Restore Classic-Named Items

Before real sign-in existed, everything saved through this app was filed under the name "XquiX". If you're now signed in under your real account and don't see formations or sequences you know you saved, they're very likely still there under that old name -- this moves them to your current account's name so they show up normally again. Safe to run any time; never overwrites anything you've already saved under your current name.

Presentation Studio

Build an ordered playlist of saved formations and packages, then present it slide-by-slide with one-touch Prev/Next -- no need to open panels mid-meeting.

Object Engine (Scene JSON)

Exports every object currently on the board (players, ball, drawings) using the canonical Tactical Engine object schema — the same schema future Practice Studio / Match Studio / AI Coach features will read and write.
